Submitted Token Appeal ticket - Re-evaluation or Verification

TOKEN APPEAL IS NOW CLOSED

If you had an issue with your token claim, we opened an option for "Re-evaluation" on our Support desk to make sure we gave everyone who was experiencing a problem a fair chance to claim their $Bubble.

The ticket form required (mandatory information fields) to allow us to assess your token claim we made it very clear that you MUST make sure all your information is correct or it will fail (step by step details of what was required is below). 

All responses to these tickets will be finalized on the 10th July 2024. we will not enter in to further discussion over allocation after this the allocation outcome will be final.

Only tickets submitted up to 27th June 2024, 23:59 UTC, were considered tickets after this deadline were not eligible for review.

The ticket submission was to allow us to re-evaluate the token claim, There are a number of valid reasons why a token/ wallet allocation could be still be unsuccessful or show as a 0 allocation  after the 10th July this could be due to (but is not restricted to)

• Invalid data or a missed step on the wallet submission/ alternative token claim form (this was a significant reason for 0 allocations)
• Not using the correct assigned wallet - Check all your wallet IDs 
• Social points being invalid/unclaimable due to X account suspended and no Bubble ranger points to claim - this could also be because you didn't play the game or the  Player ID you submit  was incorrect or missing
• Not claiming on the correct token site CHECK BOTH 
  • IO account linked claim site is Bubble.imagionaryones.com  
  • Alternative claim site is  Claim (imaginaryones.com) 
• Failure of our security and eligibility check - this may be because (but not limited to) we have identified use of bots, or other automated technical advantages that demonstrate unethical behaviour etc

The Required information for Re-evaluation

Each highlighted field below needs to be completed as shown with valid information especially your Player ID field and wallet. 

• SELECT Re-evaluation
• Put in your IO email address make sure there are no additional spaces etc

•  Input your Bubble ranger Player ID which is 28characters long- it must be your ID not your Tag if you are claiming social points only input the word SOCIAL

  Your Bubble rangers Player/Account ID can be found in your game (it does not matter if your X account is suspended) find it in your settings page of Bubble rangers click the settings icon scroll to the bottom of the page and you can use the blue copy button to copy the ID

• Input your 42 character wallet

• Input your Live X account any suspended X account (reminder you can not claim social points gained under a suspended X account) and the number of Bubble ranger points (put 1 if social points only )
