If the X account you use to login on bubble.imaginaryones.com is suspended/banned you will need to link a new X account to continue to log in.
Your bubble points will be unaffected by linking a new X account as these are associated with the game.
Your social points gained under the banned X account are unique to that X account and cannot be transferred to the new account - once X suspend an account it shuts down all access, we are prevented from gaining any information and have no way to validate. (The only way to gain access to the social point associated under a banned account is if X/Twitter reinstate your account for you)
As of the 20th June All point Allocations have been finalized.
To link a new X account to your game follow these steps (please screen record these steps, in the case they don't work we will need a screen recording to see what's going wrong) :
Step 1. Follow the steps in this article to Login/Logout of X and clear your cache Steps to try first - clear cache & linking account - you must do this or linking a new account will not work.
If you also want to link your bubble rangers game account follow these steps:
Step 2. Update to the latest version of the game (check for updates in your app store)
Step 3. Force close all applications on your device (we have found on some low memory devices when opening the browser to link the account the game will close due to lack of memory and so the linking fails)
Step 4: In the Bubble Rangers game go to Settings and look at the button under "Link Imaginary Ones Account".
Step 4a. If the button is blue and says "Link" then you have not yet linked your IO account. Click the link button and follow the steps to link your account.
Step 4b. If the button is pink and says "Unlink" click it. The button should now go back to being blue with the text "link". Click it and follow the steps to re-link your account.
If, after following the steps above, you still have an issue then please engage with our mods on discord for further advice .
You can create a support ticket titled "X account suspended" (or reply to the email you received when opening your existing ticket) your issue will be logged for future investigation -
Your issue will be investigated so that our dev team can map a fix for future deployment, but we do not manually link accounts.
