Spin Progression
Each season will have.
- A different target total i.e. number of spins needed to obtain the prize.
- A unique duration- a set amount of time to complete the seasons progress bar (shown by the countdown).
Q - Can I use spins across seasons to complete my progress bar -If I didn’t use them last season.
A- No, spins do not accumulate/transfer across seasons. It doesn’t matter if you bought them, gained them via ads or game play- if you don’t use/claim them they will not count in the new season.
Q – My progress bar is full, why didn’t I get the skin.
A - You must claim the skin when the progress bar is complete (it will glow when complete to prompt you)
Q – The season has changed, and I didn’t claim my skin can you apply I to my account.
A – No You must claim the skin in the season, if you don’t claim it the support desk can’t apply it after the season has changed
Q – The season closed, and my progress bar was close to being complete can I buy spins and claim the skin now the season has changed
A- No, the support desk can not apply spins or give skins after the season has changed/ended.
Spins
Q- I bought spins but they haven’t been applied what do I do.
A – Raise a ticket Support : Imaginary Ones - Report an Issue you must include your player/account ID (found in settings lower left corner of the screen – you can use the blue copy button)
if you bought them for cash raise the ticket as Game Related/Bubble Rangers – In App purchase- Missing an item
if you used gems raise the ticket as Game Related/Bubble Rangers – Game/issue bug- Issue/missing spin
Skins
Q-Why wasn’t my skin awarded or why has it been removed from the leader board prizes.
A-occasionally a bug/error will occur in the game that gives an unfair advantage, we track these and anyone who has benefited from this whether used intentionally or not before a fix is put in place will have that advantage removed.
Q-The skin on the gift calendar has disappeared and I was just about to claim my skin and now there isn’t any.
A-The gift calendar resets every month, and each month will have different prizes we try to keep it different and there are lots of exciting gifts.
Q- I played the game enough days to claim the skin but I forgot to claim it and the now the calendar/season has changed can I have it applied to my account?
A-No. You must claim your skin in the game if you don’t and the season/calendar changes there is no way to go back and claim it and the support desk cannot apply a skin you did not claim.
